The villa's cubic form, positioned to the east, maximizes landscape connections with large openings, offering views of Kozjak mountain and the Dalmatian archipelago. 

Inside, the villa features a Match sofa for relaxation and Rhomb chairs for dining, while the structure itself boasts a white cube above larch panelling, with interiors finished in lime plaster, terrazzo flooring, and handmade oak joinery. 

Sustainability is prioritized with rainwater harvesting, solar panels, an air source heat pump, and high thermal insulation, ensuring low energy consumption and comfort year-round.
